This course will walk you through the process of transitioning from Children Services to Adult Services. Additionally, the steps toward obtaining eligibility with the Office For People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD); Adult Career and Continuing Education Services (ACCES-VR), and more. Learn about the many supports and services funded by these agencies

Course Objectives

After completing this course, participants will be able to identify the differences between children's services and adult services

After completing this course, participants will be able to identify the eligibility criteria between community agencies, such as opwdd, acces-vr and the independent living centers.

After completing this course, participants will be able to identify fully understand the supports and services funded by these agencies
