Workshops are presented live. It is necessary for all the workshop participants to have the capability of video and audio as this workshop is interactive, and participant interaction is required. For CHI Professional Development to award you a Certificate of Completion, I must obtain certain information from you.
The information requested is dependent on what course you are taking.

Live-Online Course Completion Requirements
Sign in to the workshop on time. We will start promptly, and there will be a cutoff for entry.
You must stay logged in and actively participate throughout the presentation.
The login information provided by ZOOM will verify your attendance.
Once the course is completed and your attendance is verified, you will receive a link to the course survey.
After completion of the survey, you will have the opportunity to print or download a PDF copy of your certificate.

Instructions for addressing grievances, including contact information​

Refunds​
If a participant cannot participate in class, they can use the credit towards another course within one year of the scheduled class. Please note: The participant must cancel before class begins to receive credit.
​Refunds for Bundled Courses If you have purchased multiple courses and are unable to attend one, you can receive course credit towards a future course minus the discount.
