Workshops are presented live. It is necessary for all the workshop participants to have the capability of video and audio as this workshop is interactive, and participant interaction is required. You can interact with the lecturer by using the chat function or verbally (if you have a working microphone). Our courses are approved in many states. How to Register

Register for the course by completing all necessary information on the registration page. We will email your sign-in information after you register for the course. (Please check your spam folder). 

Requirements for Registration

For CHI Professional Development to award you a Certificate of Completion, I must obtain certain information from you.

The information requested is dependent on what course you are taking.

Live-Online Course Completion Requirements

Sign in to the workshop on time. We will start promptly, and there will be a cutoff for entry.

You must stay logged in and actively participate throughout the presentation.

The login information provided by ZOOM will verify your attendance.

Once the course is completed and your attendance is verified, you will receive a link to the course survey.

After completion of the survey, you will have the opportunity to print or download a PDF copy of your certificate.

Course Completion Requirements

Complete the course and all of its modules.

Once the course is complete, you have access to the post-test.

The passing grade is 80%

You will have multiple opportunities to pass the exam

After passing the exam, you will have access to the survey.

Course Survey - Your Opinion Matters

To be granted access to your certificate of completion, you are required to complete the Course Survey. 

Instructions for addressing grievances, including contact information​

The social work consultant reviews all complaints and grievances within five working days. Formal grievances are required to be written and will be responded to within ten business days. Email – admin@chiprodevelopment.com

Refunds​

If a participant cannot participate in class, they can use the credit towards another course within one year of the scheduled class. Please note: The participant must cancel before class begins to receive credit.

 

​Refunds for Bundled Courses If you have purchased multiple courses and are unable to attend one, you can receive course credit towards a future course minus the discount.
