Hello! I started CHI Professional Development for participants to have a positive Continuing Education experience. If this is not your experience, I would like to know about it. 

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your learning experience with CHI Professional Development, please review the following procedures to address any concerns or grievances. Specifically, please inform us of any issues concerning refund requests, complaints about course content, dissatisfaction with facilities used for education events, matters pertaining to non-receipt of certificates, or any other occurrences.

We value your input and hope to resolve any grievances democratically and promptly.

  1. Request a Grievance Form via email at michael@chiprodevelopment.com

  2. Submit any grievances in writing using the Grievance Form via email to michael@chiprodevelopment.com

  3. Submitted Grievance Forms will be reviewed by our organizational committee comprised of Myself, our Social Work Consultant, and an LCSW.

  4. Chi Professional Development will respond in writing within 10 business days to arrange a time to discuss the issue

  5. The participant will be provided the opportunity to support allegations, however brief or informal if needed

  6. A decisions will be made democratically within 10 business days of the meeting between the person with the grievance and CHI Professional Development to achieve grievance resolution

  7. Information from the grievance will be used to improve future courses and education experiences
