Grievance Policy
All complaints and grievances are reviewed by the social work consultant within ten working days. Formal grievances are required to be written and will be responded to within 10 business days.

The link for the Live Zoom session will be emailed to you. You will be registered for the event but need this link to attend. This event will start ON TIME. How do I get my CE certificate?In order to get your CE certificate, you must complete the course survey. You will have access to the course survey five minutes before the Zoom session ends. Once you complete the course survey, your course completion code will be emailed to you.
