Course Description

Inspiring Wellness: The Creative Process and Mental Health This course will focus on using art and the creative process to help people explore emotions, build self-esteem, reduce anxiety and resolve psychological conflicts. By using creative techniques such as drawing, painting, and collage with clients, they can express themselves to foster healing and mental well-being.
