Kelley has spent the last two decades using her LICSW education and training in the corporate world elevating leader’s awareness and capabilities. Katie began her business career in pharmaceutical sales, after completing her psychotherapy licensure at New York Presbyterian-Cornell Medical Center. Katie quickly excelled as an award-winning management candidate with Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Manhattan, based on her highly consultative approach to partnering with physician clients. Motivated to bridge her behavioral science background into the corporate sphere, she completed her International Coach Federation training at Coach University and New York University.
