All complaints and grievances are reviewed by the social work consult within 5 working days. Formal grievances are required to be written, and will be responded to within 10 business days. Email – admin@chiprodevelopment.com

Refunds

If a participant cannot participate in class they can use credit towards another course within 1 year of scheduled class. Please note:  The participant must cancel before class begins to receive credit.
