Instructions for addressing grievances, including contact information
All complaints and grievances are reviewed by the social work consult within five working days. Formal grievances are required to be written and will be responded to within ten business days. Email – admin@chiprodevelopment.com

Refunds
If a participant cannot participate in class, they can use the credit towards another course within one year of the scheduled class. Please note: The participant must cancel before class begins to receive credit.
