Course Description:

This course provides tools, resources, and exercises focused on resolving regrets from past experiences and preventing future regrets.

 

Purpose:  This course helps people take positive action to let go of regrets and seek relief. It teaches 10 action steps, each with short writing exercises to help work though and let go of regrets. The guide is a purposefully planned and action-oriented process designed to lift the unique burden of regret.

 

Background: Based on Dr. Hamilton Beazley’s years of experience helping people work through painful past events, this guide (adapted by Michael Chiappone, LSCW) provides an actionable, step-by-step guide for Clinicians to heal regrets.
