This seminar on Antisocial Personality will focus on criminal behaviors, symptoms, and treatment strategies. Topics will include ways to set limits, strategies for manipulative clients, and emphasis on behavioral change. The seminar will also review the findings of several high-profile criminal cases. Clinicians will also learn about clinical interventions that can be used immediately As a result of successfully completing this course, participants will be able to: - Name four Antisocial Personality symptoms - Recall three treatment strategies to use - Learn to identify three symptoms of malingering Instructors: Philip Feldman, PhD, LCSW Dr. Feldman has 30 years of experience as a Clinical Director, Psychotherapist, and Supervisor. He is currently the Clinical Director at the Journey to Wellness substance abuse program in New JerseyNJ. He has taught numerous clinical topics as an Adjunct Professor at the Rutgers University MSW Program since 1995. As a professional speaker, he has presented more than 300 Clinical CEU Seminars. He is also the author of "The Psychotherapy Manual," "Co-occurring Disorders manual," and "Shame Affect." (These are available on Aamazon.com). He completed his PhD at Rutgers, his MSW at Yeshiva University, and his BA at Emory College.
